Security is our top priority, and the safety of our users is our top priority. It's assumed that you agree to all of the terms, warnings, and conditions listed in this document.
No double riding. Penalty INR 500 /- Request Pedestrians.
Reduce speed and/or un-board the Electric Kick Scooter if the guide directs you to do this on the ride.
The riders must be aware of and follow all rules and guidelines outlined by the guide throughout the tour.
A penalty of INR 500 is applicable if the user is found riding over potholes/steps/prohibited areas.
A fine of INR 500 will be imposed when a person is caught using a mobile phone while riding.
Fire hazard. This includes battery equipment. Don't alter or damage the scooter's components. Avoid riding in waterlogged areas to avoid injuries and skidding.
Scooter speeds are restricted to ensure your safety. The maximum weight limit is set at 100 kilograms.
The rider must be at least 13 years older. The requirement for guardianship is for riders younger than 13 years old.
Stunting isn't allowed.
Penalties are applicable if the user damages the scooter during the ride.

A fine of 500 INR is imposed for those who have not returned the Booz Scooter before the closing time of Booz Go Spot.
No refunds will be given in the event that the scooter's battery is drained in the course of riding. Please ensure that your scooter is at a sufficient battery capacity prior to beginning the ride, and make sure the scooter is returned to Booz Go Spot before it runs out entirely.
When the tour has been assigned, it can't be cancelled, and no refunds will be given.
A government-issued ID identification is required prior to beginning an excursion. We will accept your identification as a security deposit only. We do not keep any information about the identity of our customers.
The rider is responsible for compensating for damage caused to the property of SOUADTG/SSNNL while riding.
