Booking and Reservation: You can reserve your golf cart online at the Statue of Unity ticketing counter. We suggest booking ahead; a valid ID will be required to make all reservations. Confirmation depends on availability.
Age and Capacity: Children under 3 are free, but they must be accompanied by an adult paying for the ride. Each golf cart can hold up to 10 people for everyone's safety.
Safety and Conduct: Passengers must adhere to safety guidelines and rules of conduct. It is prohibited to stand or move within the moving cart, seatbelts are required, and no drinking, smoking or other unruly behaviour is permitted.
Late Arrival: Be on time 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. Late arrivals aren't eligible for refunds.
Management Rights: The operator can deny service due to safety concerns, infractions, disruptive behaviour, or non-compliance.
Safety Regulations: Passengers are required to follow safety rules, and an adult must accompany children younger than 12 years old.
Ride Duration: The length of time depends on the chosen slot and the route.
Behavior and Conduct: All passengers must behave responsibly; otherwise, the trip could be cancelled without a refund.
Liability: Operators are not accountable for personal belongings left on the golf carts. The passengers are responsible for their safety. The operator isn't responsible for any damages, losses or injuries during the course.
Refusal of Service: Operators can deny service to drunk or drugged passengers.
