Cancellation Policy

At The Unity Tourism, we strive to keep our cancellation and refund process transparent and straightforward. Please review our ticket and hotel cancellation terms below.

Ticket Booking Cancellation & Refund:

The refund amount on ticket cancellation depends on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled visit date & time:

• Before 96 Hours: 100% Refund
• Between 96 Hours & 48 Hours: 80% Refund
• Within 48 Hours & Before Visit Date: 50% Refund
• On Visit / Valid on Date: No Refund (0%)
• Bus Ticket: 100% Refund before 96 hours. No Refund after 96 hours.

Hotel & Resort Booking:

1. Non-Refundable: All hotel, resort, and tent bookings are strictly Non-Refundable.

2. Cancellation & Changes: No cancellations, date modifications, or refunds will be entertained for hotel bookings once confirmed. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be forfeited.

General Terms:

1. The cancellation timeline is calculated backward from the scheduled attraction slot time or visit date.

2. Convenience fees, service charges, payment gateway fees, and applicable taxes (GST) are non-refundable.

3. Approved refund amounts will be processed and credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 working days.
