Term And Condition
1. Do not accelerate while braking.
2. safety is our utmost priority, it is presumed that you
accept all the warnings, terms, and conditions mentioned
here.
3. No double riding. Penalty INR 500/-
4. Request Pedestrians.
5. Slow down and/or de-board the Electric Kick Scooter
when the guide instructs you to do so during the tour.
6. Rider should observe and follow all the rules and
instructions conveyed by the guide at all times during the
tour.
7. Penalty of INR 500 is applicable if the user is found riding
over potholes/steps/prohibited areas.?
8. Penalty of INR 500 is applicable if the user is found using
a cellphone while riding.?
9. Fire hazard. Contains battery equipment. Do not tamper or
damage the scooter components.
10. Do not ride in waterlogged areas to avoid skidding and
injuries.?
11. Scooter speed limited for your safety. Weight limit 100 Kg.
12. Rider must be 13 years old. Guardian surveillance required
if less than 13 years old
13. Stunting not allowed.
14. Penalty applicable if scooter damaged by user during the
ride
15. Front wheel damage: INR 3,000
16. Rear wheel INR 1,300
17. Fork INR 3,000
18. E-Brake lever INR 900
19. Stunting penalty INR 500
20. Water damage INR 10,000
21. Booz Scooter theft/not returned INR 25,000
22. Other damages: Upon assessment
23. Penalty of INR 500 applicable if the user hasnot returned
the Booz Scooter before the closing time of Booz Go
Spot.
24. No refunds will be issued if the scooter battery drains
down during the ride, kindly ensure your scooter has
enough battery level before starting the ride and ensure it
to return back to Booz Go Spot before it drains
completely.
25. Once the ride is assigned, it cannot be cancelled, and no
refunds will be issued
26. Government issued ID proof is mandatory before starting
a ride. We are taking your ID as a safety deposit only.
We do not store any personal identity details of any
customer.
27. User is liable to pay for any damages caused to
SOUADTG/SSNNL property during the ride.
