It is a family-friendly guided cycle tour that includes small frame kids cycle and the regular cycles for adventure enthusiasts. SOU adventure sports does not accept any liability whatsoever
for injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or
inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any event which
are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war,
civil disturbance, fire, floods, acts of God or of any other
authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment or
industrial.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
It is the responsibility of each participant to hold their own
comprehensive insurance policy to cover all aspects of their
visit to this tour including medical, dental, hospital and
emergency expenses, accidental death, loss of deposit and full
payment due to trip cancellation, loss of luggage and personal
items, third party liability, damage or loss due to the use of
rental bicycles, and legal liability.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Report 15 minutes before the tour starts.
2. You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit
enough to undertake the Tour you have booked. We do not
accept any responsibility for your failure to complete your
Tour due to lack of fitness, illness or injury.
3. You accept that cycling on a public highway or cycle route
carries its own risks and you have made your Booking on the
basis that you undertake the Tour at your own risk. Whilst it is not compulsory,
we do advise the wearing of cycle helmets at all times.
4. You will ride your cycle responsibly at all times.
5. Kids below 12 years will get their tickets in front of
parents.
6. Disable person and pregnant female are not able to join group.
