General Admission Times
1. Operating Hours: We welcome visitors during the following time slots:
• Morning: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Last entry 12:00 PM, Final Exit 1:00 PM)
• Afternoon: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Last entry 5:00 PM, Final Exit 6:00 PM)
2. Maintenance Period: Please note that the sanctuary will be closed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM for routine maintenance, cleaning, and to prioritize
animal welfare. No visitors will be allowed entry during this period. Animal Welfare and Conduct
3. Do Not Feed the Animals: Feeding the animals is strictly prohibited. All animals at Pets Zone have specialized diets and
feeding routines overseen by our qualified staff. Unauthorized feeding can be harmful and even toxic to our residents.
4. Respectful Behaviour: Harassment or teasing of animals in any form is not tolerated. Visitors are expected to be considerate and adhere to the
Prevention of Cruelty toAnimals Act, 1960.Accessibility and Transportation
5. Walking Access Only: Pets Zone is designed to be explored on foot. We are proud to say that our facility is wheelchair-friendly. Please note that

6. Cooperation with Staff: Visitors are required to respect and cooperate with our dedicated staff. They are here to ensure your safety as

7. Lost and Found: A lost and found service is available near the entrance. Pets Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Photography: Personal photography is allowed for capturing your memorable visit. However, any commercial photography or
filming requires prior approval from sanctuary management.
9. Emergency Procedures: In case of medical or other emergencies, please inform Pets Zone staff immediately. First aid facilities are available on site.
10. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted within the sanctuary premises, in accordance with public health and fire safety laws.
By purchasing a ticket or entering the sanctuary, you agree to comply with the above terms and conditions. Failure to adhere
