Term And Condition

General Admission Times

1.  Operating Hours: The zoo is open to visitors from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please plan your visit accordingly.

2.  Final Exit: All visitors must exit the premises by 6:00 PM. The zoo will not accommodate any visitors on the grounds after this time.
       Entry Restrictions

3.  No Pets: For the safety and well-being of our animals and visitors, pets are not permitted inside the zoo.

4.   Outside Food and Beverage: Visitors are not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the zoo. Concession stands are available for 
        refreshments.Transportation and  Accessibility

5.  Complimentary E-Cart Service: We offer a complimentary E-cart service operating on a hop-on, hop-off model. However, carts are available on a 
        first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be reserved in advance. We appreciate your understanding, particularly during peak visiting
         times.

6.  Walking Experience: Visitors are encouraged to explore the zoo on foot for a more intimate and engaging experience with our animal residents.
        Rules and Regulations

7.   Compliance with Laws: Visitors must adhere to all zoo policies as well as comply with the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, 
         the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, and  the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986.

8.  Staff Cooperation: Please respect and cooperate with our dedicated zoo staff. They are here to ensure both your safety and the well-being of our
       animals.

9.  Out of bounds: No Entry areas are clearly marked and should not be entered at any time.
       Non-compliance may result in expulsion from the zoowithout refund.
       Additional Information

10.  Lost and Found: A lost and found service is available at the entrance. The zoo is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

11.  Photography: Personal photography is allowed, but commercial photography requires prior authorization from zoo management.

12.  Emergency Situations: In case of medical or other emergencies, please immediately notify zoo staff or visit the designated first-aid stations.

13.  Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the zoo.
